KJV - Psalms 40:6

Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

God didn't want sacrifices and offerings; you made my ears able to hear; he didn't need burned offerings or sins offerings.
