KJV:
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
Geneva:
To him that excelleth. A Psalme of Dauid. The foole hath said in his heart, There is no God: they haue corrupted, & done an abominable worke: there is none that doeth good.

The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
Geneva:
The Lord looked downe from heauen vpon the children of men, to see if there were any that would vnderstand, and seeke God.

KJV:
They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Geneva:
All are gone out of the way: they are all corrupt: there is none that doeth good, no not one.

KJV:
Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
Geneva:
Doe not all the workers of iniquitie know that they eate vp my people, as they eate bread? They call not vpon the Lord.

KJV:
There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.
Geneva:
There they shall be taken with feare, because God is in the generation of the iust.

KJV:
Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.
Geneva:
You haue made a mocke at the counsell of the poore, because the Lord is his trust.

KJV:
Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
Geneva:
Oh giue saluation vnto Israel out of Zion: when the Lorde turneth the captiuitie of his people, then Iaakob shall reioyce, and Israel shall be glad.
