KJV: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Geneva: To him that excelleth vpon Alamoth a song committed to the sonnes of Korah. God is our hope and strength, and helpe in troubles, ready to be found.

KJV: Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
Geneva: Therefore will not we feare, though the earth be moued, and though the mountaines fall into the middes of the sea.

KJV: Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
Geneva: Though the waters thereof rage and be troubled, and the mountaines shake at the surges of the same. Selah,

KJV: There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
Geneva: Yet there is a Riuer, whose streames shall make glad the citie of God: euen the Sanctuarie of the Tabernacles of the most High.

KJV: God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
Geneva: God is in the middes of it: therefore shall it not be moued: God shall helpe it very earely.

KJV: Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.

KJV: He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
Geneva: He maketh warres to cease vnto the endes of the world: he breaketh the bowe and cutteth the speare, and burneth the chariots with fire.

KJV: Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Geneva: Be still and knowe that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, and I wil be exalted in the earth.
