"For because ye did it not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order."
Because you didn't do it initially, the Lord our God created a problem for us since we didn't properly seek Him in the right way.

"And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith the LORD of hosts."
If you offer a blind animal for sacrifice, isn't that wrong? And if you offer a lame or sick one, isn't that also wrong? Give it to your leader instead. Will he be happy with you or accept you? asks the Lord of Heaven's Army.
"And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever."
Solomon, my son, know your father's God and serve Him wholeheartedly with a willing mind. The Lord sees all hearts and understands all thoughts. If you seek Him, He will be found by you, but if you turn away from Him, He will reject you forever.
"And when Samuel had caused all the tribes of Israel to come near, the tribe of Benjamin was taken."
When Samuel gathered all the groups of Israel, the group called Benjamin was chosen.
"Observe the heaven, ye children of heaven, and every work of the Most High, and fear ye Him and work no evil in His presence."
Watch the sky, you heavenly beings, and see all that the Most High has made. Fear Him and do not act wickedly before Him.
"And the Lord came to the sheep and they began to smite those wolves: and the wolves began to make lamentation; but the sheep became quiet and forthwith ceased to cry out."
The Lord came to the sheep, and they started to strike the wolves. The wolves began to wail, but the sheep became calm and stopped their crying.
"And he said unto me: 'Observe, Enoch, these heavenly tablets, And read what is written thereon, And mark every individual fact.' 2 And I observed the heavenly tablets, and read everything which was written (thereon) and understood everything, and read the book of all the deeds of mankind, and of all the children of flesh that shall be upon the earth to the remotest generations."
He said to me, "Enoch, look at these heavenly tablets and read what is written on them. Pay attention to every detail." I looked at the heavenly tablets and read everything written on them. I understood it all. I read the book of all human actions and about all the descendants of people who will be on earth until the very last generations.

"While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain:"
As long as the sun, light, moon, and stars are shining clearly, and the clouds don't come back after it rains.
"Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love."
