Semjaza taught magic spells and plant cutting, Armaros taught how to undo spells, Baraqijal taught astrology, Kokabel taught about star patterns, Ezeqeel taught about clouds, Araqiel taught about earth signs, Shamsiel taught about sun signs, and Sariel taught about the moon's path. As people were dying, they cried out, and their cries reached heaven.
"And thereupon he arose in the hands of the midwife, opened his mouth, and +conversed with+ the Lord of righteousness."
He got up in the midwife's hands, opened his mouth, and spoke with the Lord of righteousness.
"And that which (thus) rises is the great luminary, and is so named according to its appearance, according as the Lord commanded."
The brightest light that rises is called the sun, as the Lord named it based on how it looks.
