KJV: Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.
Geneva: To him that excelleth. A Psalme of Dauid. Blessed is he that iudgeth wisely of the poore: the Lord shal deliuer him in ye time of trouble.

KJV: The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
Geneva: The Lord will keepe him, and preserue him aliue: he shalbe blessed vpon the earth, and thou wilt not deliuer him vnto the will of his enemies.

KJV: The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.
Geneva: The Lord wil stregthen him vpon ye bed of sorow: thou hast turned al his bed in his sicknes.

KJV: I said, LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.
Geneva: Therefore I saide, Lorde haue mercie vpon me: heale my soule, for I haue sinned against thee.

KJV: Mine enemies speak evil of me, When shall he die, and his name perish?
Geneva: Mine enemies speake euill of me, saying, When shall he die, and his name perish?

KJV: And if he come to see me, he speaketh vanity: his heart gathereth iniquity to itself; when he goeth abroad, he telleth it.
Geneva: And if hee come to see mee, hee speaketh lies, but his heart heapeth iniquitie within him, and when he commeth foorth, he telleth it.

KJV: All that hate me whisper together against me: against me do they devise my hurt.
Geneva: All they that hate me, whisper together against me: euen against me do they imagine mine hurt.

KJV: An evil disease, say they, cleaveth fast unto him: and now that he lieth he shall rise up no more.
Geneva: A mischiefe is light vpon him, and he that lyeth, shall no more rise.

KJV: Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, hath lifted up his heel against me.
Geneva: Yea, my familiar friend, whom I trusted, which did eate of my bread, hath lifted vp the heele against me.

KJV: But thou, O LORD, be merciful unto me, and raise me up, that I may requite them.
Geneva: Therefore, O Lord, haue mercy vpon mee, and raise me vp: so I shall reward them.

KJV: By this I know that thou favourest me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me.
Geneva: By this I know that thou fauourest me, because mine enemie doth not triumph against me.

KJV: And as for me, thou upholdest me in mine integrity, and settest me before thy face for ever.
Geneva: And as for me, thou vpholdest me in mine integritie, & doest set me before thy face for euer.

KJV: Blessed be the LORD God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.
Geneva: Blessed be the Lorde God of Israel worlde without ende. So be it, euen so be it.
