KJV:
I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
Geneva:
A Psalme or song of the dedication of the house of Dauid. I will magnifie thee, O Lorde: for thou hast exalted mee, and hast not made my foe to reioyce ouer me.

KJV:
O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.
Geneva:
O Lorde my God, I cried vnto thee, and thou hast restored me.

KJV:
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
Geneva:
O Lorde, thou hast brought vp my soule out of the graue: thou hast reuiued me from them that goe downe into the pit.

KJV:
Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
Geneva:
Sing praises vnto the Lord, ye his Saintes, and giue thankes before the remembrance of his Holinesse.

KJV:
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
Geneva:
For he endureth but a while in his anger: but in his fauour is life: weeping may abide at euening, but ioy commeth in the morning.

And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
Geneva:
And in my prosperitie I sayde, I shall neuer be moued.

LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
Geneva:
For thou Lord of thy goodnes hadest made my mountaine to stande strong: but thou didest hide thy face, and I was troubled.

I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.
Geneva:
Then cried I vnto thee, O Lord, and praied to my Lord.

What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
Geneva:
What profite is there in my blood, when I go downe to the pit? shall the dust giue thankes vnto thee? or shall it declare thy trueth?

KJV:
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
Geneva:
Heare, O Lorde, and haue mercy vpon me: Lord, be thou mine helper.

KJV:
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
Geneva:
Thou hast turned my mourning into ioy: thou hast loosed my sacke and girded mee with gladnesse.

KJV:
To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
Geneva:
Therefore shal my tongue praise thee and not cease: O Lorde my God, I will giue thankes vnto thee for euer.
