Chapter 35

KJV - Numbers 35:30

Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.

Whoever kills someone will be killed by the people who saw it happen. But only two witnesses are needed to prove it, otherwise the person can't be killed based on just one witness.
