Chapter 29

KJV - Numbers 29:3

And their meat offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals for a bullock, and two tenth deals for a ram,

Their food offering should be made from mixed flour and oil. For a bullock, it needs three parts of the mixture, and for a ram, it requires two parts.
