Chapter 28

KJV - Numbers 28:31

Ye shall offer them beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, (they shall be unto you without blemish) and their drink offerings.

You will present them alongside the regular burned offering and meat offering. They must be perfect; then give them their drink offerings too.
