Chapter 11

KJV - Numbers 11:17

And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

I will visit you and speak to you there. I'll transfer the spiritual power in you and give it to them. They'll share the responsibility of the people's burden with you, so you don't have to carry it all by yourself.
