←Back to VersesTherefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?
So when they all came together, Pilate asked them, "Who do you want me to let go? Barabbas or Jesus, also known as the Messiah?"
