Proverbs 3:28
Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.
Simple English
Don't tell your neighbor, "Go away and return later, I'll give you something tomorrow." Instead, give them the thing when you have it with you.
