←Back to VersesAnd if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
If your eye causes you to sin, remove it and get rid of it. It's better to enter life with only one eye than to have both and end up in eternal fire.
