Isaiah 52:9
Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
Simple English
Rejoice and sing together, abandoned areas of Jerusalem! The Lord has brought comfort to his people and saved Jerusalem.
