Isaiah 30:19
For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee.
Simple English
In Zion, at Jerusalem, people will live. You won't need to cry anymore. He will be extremely kind when you call for help. When he hears your call, he will respond to you.
