Chapter 19

KJV - Leviticus 19:17

Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.

Do not harbor hatred for your brother in your heart. You must correct your neighbor when necessary and do not let wrongdoing go unchecked.
