Chapter 19

KJV - Leviticus 19:13

Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.

Do not cheat or steal from your neighbor, and make sure the pay of those you hire is returned to them promptly, not kept overnight.
