Isaiah 22:3
All thy rulers are fled together, they are bound by the archers: all that are found in thee are bound together, which have fled from far.
Simple English
All your leaders have run away together; they are caught by the arrow shooters. Everyone found in you is tied up; those who ran away from far away are also caught.
