Isaiah 22:22

And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

Simple English

I will put the key of David's house on his shoulder. He can open it and no one can close it. He can also close it and no one can open it.
