←Back to VersesThen said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.
Then the Jews told him, "We know now you have a demon because you claim that if someone follows your teachings, they won't experience death. But Abraham and the prophets are dead."
