And these are the names of the sons of Ishmael, by their names, according to their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebajoth; and Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,

This verse says: These are the children of Ishmael, and their names: First was Nebajoth, then Kedar, Adbeel, and Mibsam. They each have a unique name and belong to different generations.
