←Back to VersesAnd he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.
He said, "Don't touch the boy, and don't do anything to him. I know you fear God because you didn't withhold your own son, your only son, from me."
