Leviticus 23:11
And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
Simple English
Then he will hold up the bundle of grain in front of God for acceptance on your behalf: the next day after the rest day, the priest will wave it.
