But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

But he is a true Jew on the inside, not just because of outward actions; their hearts are guided by spirit, not just following rules; they care more about what God thinks than what people say.
