He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
Simple English
If someone talks about themselves, they want to be praised; but if someone seeks praise from the one who sent them, they are genuine and not dishonest.
