Isaiah 65:18
But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
Simple English
But be happy and celebrate forever in what I create, because I am creating Jerusalem as a time of joy and her people as a source of happiness.
