Isaiah 46:13
I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my glory.
Simple English
I bring my justice close; it won't be far away, and my rescue won't take long. I'll put rescue in Zion for Israel, which shows my greatness.
