Isaiah 41:17
When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.
Simple English
When the very poor and those who have nothing search for water but can't find any, and they can't even speak because they are so thirsty, God will listen to them. He won't leave them all alone.
