Isaiah 30:16
But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.
Simple English
But you said no. You think you'll escape on horses. So, you'll flee. And, you'll ride on fast animals. Therefore, those chasing you will also be fast.
