Isaiah 26:11
LORD, when thy hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy at the people; yea, the fire of thine enemies shall devour them.
Simple English
LORD, when you raise your hand, they won't see it. But they will see and feel embarrassed because of their jealousy towards your people. Yes, the fire from your enemies will destroy them.
