Isaiah 14:27
For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?
Simple English
The Lord, who has powerful authority, has made a plan, and nobody can change it. He is reaching out His hand, and no one can stop Him.
