Chapter 9

KJV - Exodus 9:12

And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had spoken unto Moses.

And God made Pharaoh's heart stubborn, and he didn't listen to them; just like God had told Moses it would happen.
