Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 15

KJV - Deuteronomy 15:21

And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the LORD thy God.

If there's a flaw, like if it's crippled or can't see, don't offer it to God.
