Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 15

KJV - Deuteronomy 15:16

And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee;

If he says he won't leave you, it's because he loves you and your home, and he's doing well with you.
