Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 15

KJV - Deuteronomy 15:6

For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.

The Lord will bless you as he promised. You can lend to many countries but don't borrow. You will rule over many countries, but they won't rule over you.
