KJV - 1 Chronicles 15:3

And David gathered all Israel together to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD unto his place, which he had prepared for it.

David brought together all of Israel to Jerusalem to move the Lord's ark to its designated spot that he had prepared for it.
