Nehemiah leads the rebuilding of Jerusalem's walls and reforms the community.

Chapter 10

KJV - Nehemiah 10:32

Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God;

We created rules for ourselves, requiring us to pay one-third of a shekel each year for maintaining our God's temple.
