Nahum

Predicts the fall of Nineveh as a judgment for their wickedness.

Chapter 2

KJV - Nahum 2:8

But Nineveh is of old like a pool of water: yet they shall flee away. Stand, stand, shall they cry; but none shall look back.

But Nineveh is very old, like a big pond of water. Still, they must run away. They will shout, "Stop, stop!" but no one can look back.
