And all the cities in the valley area, and the entire kingdom of Sihon, the king of the Amorites who ruled in Heshbon, whom Moses defeated with the leaders of Midian - Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba - these were powerful leaders under Sihon living in the land.
