Hosea 7:12
When they shall go, I will spread my net upon them; I will bring them down as the fowls of the heaven; I will chastise them, as their congregation hath heard.
Simple English
When they leave, I'll set my trap for them; I'll make them fall like birds in the sky; I'll punish them, just like my followers have been told.
