Chapter 28

KJV - Deuteronomy 28:24

The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

The Lord will turn your land's rain into powder and dust from the sky, and it will keep falling on you until you are completely destroyed.
