←Back to VersesFor thou didst separate them from among all the people of the earth, to be thine inheritance, as thou spakest by the hand of Moses thy servant, when thou broughtest our fathers out of Egypt, O LORD God.
You chose them and set them apart from everyone else on Earth to be your special possession, just like you said through Moses, your helper, when you led our ancestors out of Egypt, Lord God.
