1 Corinthians 7:15
But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
Simple English
If someone who doesn't believe leaves, let them go. When it comes to family members, they don't need to be bound by rules in these situations. God wants us to have peace instead.
