Joshua

Joshua leads the Israelites into the Promised Land, conquering it through many battles.

Chapter 10

KJV - Joshua 10:12

Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.

Then Joshua talked to God when God helped the Israelites against the Amorites. He asked God, in front of everyone, to make the sun stand still over a place called Gibeon and the moon to stop in the valley of Ajalon.
