Joshua leads the Israelites into the Promised Land, conquering it through many battles.

Chapter 1

Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, The LORD your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land.

Remember the words that Moses, God's helper, told you: "God, your arkingstar, has given you peace and also this land."
