Uses the prophet's marriage as a symbol for Israel's unfaithfulness and God's faithful love.

Chapter 8

KJV - Hosea 8:6

For from Israel was it also: the workman made it; therefore it is not God: but the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces.

From Israel, the worker created it, so it's not divine. The calf of Samaria will be destroyed.
