Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.

You stubborn and unmoved people, with unyielding hearts and ears, you constantly oppose the Holy Spirit, just like your ancestors did.
