Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
Simple English
This means that we tell everyone, whether they are Jewish or Greek, they need to say sorry to God and believe in our leader, Jesus Christ, for forgiveness.
