That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?
To make this verse easier to understand, it can be written as: So that the words of the prophet Isaiah would come true, where he asked, "Lord, who has believed what we said?" and "To whom has the power of the Lord been shown?"
