Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 31

KJV - Deuteronomy 31:5

And the LORD shall give them up before your face, that ye may do unto them according unto all the commandments which I have commanded you.

And the Lord will make them surrender in front of you, so you can carry out the actions required by all the commands I have given you.
